Twisted silk, also known as double twisted silk or twisted silk, is simply adding twist to its long filaments. Twisted yarn is mainly used for the purpose of adding strength and elasticity to its long filaments by adding twist. The scope of use of twisted yarn includes:; Viscose twisted yarn, polyester twisted yarn, nylon twisted yarn, silk twisted yarn and other varieties. Nylon is the trade name for polyamide fiber, also known as nylon. The aggregated structure of nylon is closely related to the stretching and heat treatment during the spinning process. Nylon molecules spun at a general spinning speed are prone to crystallization, which occurs during the spinning process.
The following issues should be noted during the production of twisted yarn:
(1) There are two types of twisting methods: dry twisting and wet twisting. Dry twisting is commonly used for twisting, but for some multi strand mulberry silk, wet twisting must be used to meet the process requirements.
(2) Dry twisting processing uses ordinary twisting machines and double twisting machines, while wet twisting processing uses wet twisting machines.
(3) To achieve fancy effects such as fuzz and knots on the surface of the yarn, a fancy twisting machine must be selected.
(4) When the yarn is twisted again, the twisting direction selected is generally opposite to the initial twisting direction.
(5) Whether warp and weft raw materials need to be twisted, why they need to be twisted, what twisting direction to add, and how much twist to add all need to be set according to the requirements of the fabric variety and specifications.
Nylon twisted yarn is suitable for knitting machines and covers all fields of textiles. Nylon twisted yarn is mainly used to add strength and elasticity to its long filaments through twisting. With the acceleration of miniaturization of automobiles, high-performance electronic and electrical equipment, and lightweight mechanical equipment, the demand for nylon will be higher and greater. Especially nylon twisted yarn, as a structural material, has high requirements for its strength, heat resistance, cold resistance, and other aspects.
