In addition, in the existing production of nylon, in order to give the newborn fibers a specific color, it is usually done by adding color masterbatch in the slicing melt extrusion screw. The existing color masterbatch injection equipment mainly includes the slicing melt extrusion screw and the color masterbatch addition equipment located in front of the slicing melt extrusion screw.

By using a color masterbatch frequency converter injector, the color masterbatch can be injected with frequency conversion according to practical production requirements or production status. The amount of injected color masterbatch can be adjusted according to changes in speed, thereby effectively controlling the color of artificial fibers and improving the color uniformity of nylon fibers. With the increase of production speed, the injection speed can be accelerated, thereby improving production power while ensuring quality; In addition, the spray holes of its spinneret are in a straight shape, and the fibers with a straight cross-section sprayed out can have outstanding water absorption and dispersion effects due to the capillary phenomenon of the groove structure on the surface after being bundled. It has strong moisture absorption and is not easy to diffuse reflection on the surface, with a bright luster and outstanding natural like effect. The nylon fibers produced can be used to produce interior fabrics for automobiles and airplanes.
