1、 Super feed ratio

The feed ratio is very small, usually around 1: (1.1-1.25). The decorative yarn is clamped between the core yarn and the fixed yarn, and twists and turns into a waveform towards the left and right ends.

2、 Material requirements

1. Core yarn and fixed yarn often use the same material, such as 12-17tex nylon or polyester filament;

The fixed yarn - the twist is reduced by 1/2, and the core yarn and decorative yarn - with a twist equivalent to 1/2 of the fixed yarn, the twist direction is opposite to that of the fixed yarn, and the core yarn and fixed yarn form a relative twist direction. The decorative yarn is sandwiched between two twists, causing the decorative yarn to twist and form a waveform.

4、 Other types of waveform lines

1. Using big belly yarn as decorative yarn

At the big belly, due to the thick yarn, the waveform formed is large and thin, and the twist is also small. At the details, due to the large twist, the waveform formed is small and dense, and there is also a style.

2. Using two or three ring spindle fancy twisting machines to twist the rattan thread in the first process, and then twisting it in the opposite direction after merging, without the need for fixed yarn, but by twisting the core yarn and squeezing the decorative yarn in all directions to produce cylindrical wavy threads.
