There are advantages and disadvantages to weaving yarn in downstream weaving factories using air charter machines. When warping an empty bag on a jet loom, it is generally necessary to apply sizing, otherwise the fabric is prone to pilling and breakage, but it can be directly used for beating. From the perspective of cost alone, the production capacity of empty bags is large, which is higher than that of machine bags, resulting in lower prices compared to machine bags, making it easier to reduce the cost of downstream weaving factories. Although the machine package does not reveal the core yarn, it is generally not prone to quality problems during spinning and weaving except for uneven twisting. However, the output value is low, and the price of the same standard empty package is RMB 5000/T or more. The price of fine denier wrapped yarn is even higher than that of the same standard empty package by RMB 10000/T or more, greatly increasing the cost of using the machine package.
